Food & Beverage Service (F&B)​

Personnel in F&B industry is involved in various customer service jobs at restaurants, hotels etc. The main job of this personnel is to provide a special and meaningful experience for each of the customer who comes to the place.

Every step such as taking orders, sending food, and attending to customers is a skill that has to be mastered to provide the best service. In this programme, students are not only trained in the technical aspect such as table setting and food serving but also in communication skills.
